How long does shipping take?
This is dependant on your exact location however Free and Standard Shipping domestically takes between 1-5 business days. Orders delivered to Canada addresses will take 7-10 days to deliver.

What happens if I don't receive my order?
If you order has not arrived after the scheduled delivery date first contact the shipping company. If the order has still not been delivered after contacting the delivery company please reach out to us at email@example.com so that we know of your situation and can organize any appropriate resolution.
At Turnrows, we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please carefully inspect your order upon arrival. We strive to maintain the highest level of product quality and accurate shipments. However, if your order is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect you must initiate your return within 14 days of receipt of delivery. A representative will contact you within 72 hours.
If you were sent incorrect items/damaged items from your order please initiate your return. You will be contacted by Turnrows and we will cover the cost of the shipping back to our warehouse. If the Return/Exchange falls on the customer they must pay shipping to our warehouse.
Items returned in such unmerchantable condition will be returned at purchaser's expense or discarded, at purchaser's option.
Once contacted, Turnrows must receive your merchandise within 14 days. Please use the original packing slip and/or order number with your return with the reason for your return on the back. Please allow 7 to 14 days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
The address provided for Turnrows can only be used to return items purchased at (www.turnrows.com). If you would like to return items purchased elsewhere, please return the items to that location. Returns that are received by Turnrows that were not purchased from us cannot be processed.
Exchange or website credit will be issued if item is returned for any reason other than damage.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.Returns/Exchanges from Shows
If you have purchased the products at some type of event or show directly from Turnrows, you will have to cover the shipping charge to our warehouse. We will cover the shipping back to your location. All of our show Returns/Exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of purchase by contacting Turnrows directly by our Contact Us page. Show Returns/Exchanges will be issued a store credit only.What if I got sent the wrong product?
